2 Lots #178 & 179 - Spring City Rancheros

Recreational Lots with Limited access in the Winter Months, There are no utilities and water is available if water shares are purchased.  It is a dry subdivision which means you can set up a water storage tank and be eligible for a building permit.  Best use is
probably a site for a seasonal motor home or trailer.  Spring City Rancheros is a gated community with annual HOA fees.  The properties are 5 1/2 acre lots with an abundance of Cedar Trees some up to 15 feet tall.  Cell phones do work on the property.  The
gravel road to the property is good but becomes impassable when wet and accessible only by snowmobiles when snow is on the ground. The properties are east of Spring City but the gate from Spring City has been closed for years so access is from a gate on the north which is approximately 1/2 mile away from a paved county road.  Some of the cabins just inside of the gate are occupied year around.
