Property is recreational only.  It is located on Skycrest Dr. overlooking Hideaway Valley.  Access in the winter is by snowmobile only.  There is no water or power and I could not get mobile connection on my Sprint mobile.  There is an abundance of Pinyon Pines, Junipers and Scrub Oak, as well as, other vegetation.  Signs of deer and elk are abundant.  There is approximately 3-4 acres that is gradual slope that would be easy to level part for a building or mobile site.  Cost would probably be $300-$400.  Driving directions on the tab above.
