Let's get it listed.  If you know what you want to list it at you can go to set number one print out the forms, sign them and return them to me.  If you need help in pricing your property go to SOLD PROPERTIES and see what has sold in your subdivision.  Then email or call me and lets talk it over.  Values have been increasing over the last year and there is a good chance that the value is higher than what the sold properties may indicate.  

    1.   I need you to fill out the following forms with as much information as you know and then scan and email it; fax it or mail it back to me.  Please, be sure put the price and sign where I have indicated.

    2.  My Assistant, David Paystrup or I will be contacting you to get any other pertinent information or to get a key if it is needed to gain access
