This property is located approximately 5 miles north of Moroni and is accessed by gravel road. There is a gate through Appletree Wildlife Management Area. There is some water that accumulates in the early spring in one of the ravines but no know springs or ponds. The views to the south (Moroni), to the east (Mt. Pleasant) and to the west (Ft. Green) are spectacular. There is lots of room to four wheel and have family outings.
